“It was the Sunday before Easter and the Sunday School Teacher brought in a large plastic egg for each of her students. One of the students, a boy was mentally challenged. The Teacher thought giving him an egg was a waste of time but he asked for one so she gave it to him. She told the students to bring back the egg next Sunday filled with what Easter means to them. All the children brought in their eggs for Easter. The Teacher called on all the students who all had their eggs filled with candy. Finally, the mentally changed boy who had been over looked asked if it were his turn. So the Teacher said what is in your egg? The boy replied nothing, it’s empty. The Teacher said you were supposed fill it with what Easter means to you. The boy replied, I did. It is empty because the grave was empty. Jesus is alive !”
